Doing first quilt! Live in SLC, Utah... Need your advice on quilting frames! :)

welcome Celeste, from Florida. I'm so happy ppl are talking about the frames, cause it gets really hot here and I don't want to be covered with my quilts in the heat either.
You say you don't want hubby making frames, well you know him. Maybe your afraid he will start something and not finish? If you know he can do it, and he could actually come up with a good product at a better price than those you've seen, think quilters would go for it.
We have a tendency to 'find' the money for quilting, somehow, right ppl?
We have some guys here too, Celeste, and they're great. very talented. hope you like it here. :) oh, congrats on the wee one.

I have the q snap so lit weight and easy to handle. but have had it for a while. i remember the frames i use to have 2x2's connected and pulled to the ceiling when not in use very good for their time but this q snap is so much simpler Happy quilting and welcomw welcome fro Alabama
