It sure is. Youtube videos taught me how and in what direction to lay my cloth down and how to cut strips. Instructions from quilters on websites were very helpful in things like finding the bias of the cloth you're working with and how to bind a quilt. A lot of aggravation and tearing my hair out (and a bit of under-the-breath cussing) accompanied all that learning, too, lol. And there's still a lot that I don't know but I love doing it.
