Atleast 2yds each, as you don't want to run out :wink:
If you really love it, 3 or more, if it could be a focal fabric.
Fabrics that are more neutral that can be used for backings, 6+ yards.

Hello from Georgetown TX! If I love the fabric I always buy no less then 4 yds. If I like it, usually 2 yds and I try to include all colors. Have fun!!
