    I boil eggs 2 different ways 1. I have an egg boiler and 2. In a pot of cold water - come to a boil and sit for 15 minutes and they are done. WITH both of these I always poke a hole in the end to start and even peel fresh eggs out of the coop with no problem. Always try to get the skin around the egg and you won't have eggs with holes all over. - Joan
