Welcome from OHIO! I have the original Alto's Quiltcut and I love it. It's really great for cutting strips. I don't know what changes have been made in the newer version, but I love mine. I've had it for about ten years.

Welcome to the board from Southern California! don't know about the cutters, I just use my little ole rotary cutter and a Shape Cut Ruler.
