Hi~ I am so glad I found this site! I just got into quilting last year and I have already gotten so many ideas from here that I don't know where to start!!! I am from Western North Carolina. I love to quilt, and take long walks in the woods. I live very close to the Appalachian Trail and the Great Smokey Mt. National Park so needless to say I have lots of beautiful trails to hike on with my children and grandchildren. My Grandmothers made mostly scrappy quilts and I am finding myself gravitating in that direction. Thanks fellow members for all the wonderful ideas and tips.
