95% of my online quilting buys have free shipping so I don't mind paying shipping on the other 5%. Where I draw the line is when the shipping is more then the item bought.

I use a plastic bread bag closer with a hole cut in it to keep bobbins on top of the machine in place. Hole punch works great to make the hole and it's a really cheap way to keep almost any spool or bobbin in place.
