That's way too high. They are going much lower on ebay.

sueisallaboutquilts.......did you gtet the white/celery green one? I would love to have one or even the tan color one. I do have an 1950 black one though.

No, I got the black one with all the gorgeous decals. Someone got one that you want the other day on the board for 45.00!!!
It was a really exciting thread! We were all so happy for her!
(and a bit jealous lol)
I would love one of those also but I am totally in love with mine. Our Craigslist never seems to have anything good :(

Yes, i saw that $45 deal....i was one of the members who pm'd her...hollering "Don't walk back to the store.....RUN!" LOL
Mine works really great, just wish i could get it to zigzag when i need to. Got an Singer 306 now that Finch found for me , so i need to start using that one more...it's an 1952 model.

Im not sure about the 301/306 being related. I think they're very close though. wow...a Berina? Is it that much fun to have? A friend has one and she loves her's. They say there is no such thing as having too many sew machines! I would love to have an embroidery machine~~~sigh~~ one day maybe!
