I also have fallen in love with Donna Jordan's tutorials. I can get so caught up in them. Her voice is so pleasant to listen to and her instructions are great. The videos are so professionally done.

I had never thought to border a log cabin like she did but it is really gorgeous. And this border could be used on other quilts.

I haven't seen her video on this, but will check it out. I made a table runner last week with prairie points around the edge, using her free tutorial. I have never made prairie points like she did, really quick and easy. Check out he charm square table runner tutorial with prairie points.

I haven't watched any of her videos/tutorials, but plan too. I went to the Sisters Outdoor Quilt show in Oregon last weekend, and on the way home we stopped at Jordan Fabrics-OMG! What a terrific store. If you are ever near Grants Pass, Oregon, take the time to go! LOTS of beautiful fabrics and they have more packaged pre-cuts than you have ever seen in one place. If you can't go and just want pre-cuts visit their website. I even got to meet Donna in person! She and the rest of her staff were just super friendly and helpful/knowledgeable. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip :-)

I use the 8 Flying Geese at a time method for the most part. BUT sometimes I use Elmer's WASHABLE glue and put the triangles on the fabric, do a quick heat press and the corners always come out perfect.

I couldn't find that pattern. Is it also by Donna Jordan?
