Default Martelli mats and blades on sale

3-27 and 3-28 they are 50% off. They have excellent quality mats and I love my martelli rotating mat. I'm not a fan of the blades but I know some people like them.

Just wondering what you don't like about the blades? See also that Martelli recommends using their blades with their mats. What is your opinion about this?

On sale on the Martelli site. I have the rotating mat also and like it. You can also purchase it with an ironing pad. But it is heavy. I have taken it to class and it was super helpful.. I also have their big table that goes up and down, tilts. It is amazing. Pretty inexpensive if you can get one at a demo. And same here, just can not get a feel for the cutters! All of the products from Martelli are great!

Thanks for the notice on the sale at Martelli site. Went to a quilt retreat this last week and someone had their round rotating mat. Impressed with it but not the price of it so this is what I was waiting for. Just ordered it.

Just got home from Martelli's in Pensacola, I bought the extra large cutting mat (30x60) and the round rotating mat. It was a big chunk of money but I know I will enjoy having them, it really helped having them at 50% off. They sent the mats home with me with two bags, the one bag that contained the xl cutting mat is so large I could fit in it!

Drat, I missed it. I want the large 30x60. How do you find out when there is a sale before it is over?

Marcia - I signed up on their website a few weeks ago and got an email the day before the sale started (Tuesday night). Sale prices were actually up then, so I placed my order and it's been delivered!

You can also follow them on Facebook, if you are a FB user.

I almost bought the round mat but didn't want to pay 16.00 for shipping! Darn, I really want that thing
