How do you fold these to get the to lay flat?

That's what I'm missing. I have scissors and tape measure around my neck. That little thread catcher would take care of all those threads all over my clothes. One of these days I'm going to become very creative and invent a holder for all three items. I'll share when that creative streak occurs.

I just fold one side in half vertically and pull the bottom out to a point. Check the picture I posted above of the folded one. You should be able to see how its folded from that.
