I use my teflon pressing sheet More than I thought i would. It was a good investment. You can get them at Joann's Fabrics. Use your coupon to save money.

Parchment paper was recommended to me..I tried it and it works!!

I use a non stick oven liner for my pressing sheet. Works great and will take a lot of heat.
