I think $3.00 is a fair price, but I would prewash it to remove the smoke odor.

I will buy it when you are ready. I love all of it but particurly the top row. Smoke will not bother me. Please let us know.

I agree that it is pretty fabric; in fact I bought some of it also. It is a very nice quality. I don't remember the price, but I'm pretty sure it was more than $3 when I bought it, and anyway costs have gone up, the fabric isn't available anymore, and so I think that's a very fair price. I made some bags from some of the fabric, not sure if I still have any left.
