    WOW - Peckish , that is a spectacular quilt! I am working on a pineapple right now... your just gave me that extra puch to keep going.

    This must be English terminology as it's commonly used here in the U.K. A thin quarter is a cut 25cm by the width of the fabric rather than a fat quarter.

    Why don't you do a search and get some patterns for civil war blocks? If you have EQ7 I know it has alot of them it's data base. There are lots of different ones to choose from. I've been doing a BOM for 2 yrs now and still havn't repeated doing the same one.

    wow..thanks for sharing this pix...I would have never thought of doing a pineapple with CW repro's and I have a box of nothing but strips!

    That quilt is stunning. Love the colors. Did it take a long time? Looks like it did.
