So true. I have a cute little sign given to me many years ago but it still holds today. Here it is:

WARNING! QUILT POX
Very Contagious to Adults
SYMPTOMS - Continual complaint as to need for snuggling under a handmade quilt. Patient has blank expression, sometimes deaf to spouse and kids. Has no taste for bedspreads or electric blankets. Hangs out at Quilting Bees. Mumbles to self "log cabin", "Double Wedding Ring", "Ohio Rose".
NO KNOWN CURE
TREATMENT - Medication is useless. Diesease is Not Fatal,
Victum should attend as many Quilt Shows and Quilt SHops as possible.

I wish I had a sister to sew and quilt with.

On the other hand I have read ALL the posts and
fail to see your sister comment or defend herself.

She must be sitting in her sewing room with a smug
little cat that ate the canary look on her face as
she reads all these posts.

Way to go sis.

Oh and when you don't have a project going to stay up all night on, you're up all night planning the next one! Glad to have you, addictions and all :)

I would laugh, but I did the same thing to my sisiter, completely out of the goodness of my heart. THat's my story anyway & I'm stickin' to it!

Happy quilting,
Susan

I've heard that the bug is genetic.
