Your not crazy, and I am so glad you got your fabric. It is like a Christmas gift every time someone sends me fabric. I can't afford to buy, but the members of this board have just poured out there generosity and are allowing me to learn to quilt. enjoy and have fun. God bless. Penny

Love hearing how thrilled you are with small gifts which will beused for great things..there is a lot of good fabric in thrift stores..and littled used clothing..Enjoy your finds.

A friend recently cleaned out her closet and gave me a large garbage sack of fabric. I had to pass on at least half of the fabric, as it was not suitable for quilts. Even so, I kept more than a box full of fabric, some of which was 4 or 5 yard lengths. I told my friend that it was like Christmas, actually better than Christmas for me.
