these are real beauties!! How wonderful of you to make and donate them. I'm sure the kids who get them were over the moon. Me for sure.
Thank you for your kind words. My group gets letters from some of the kids who receive our blankets/quilts,
so I know they are very happy to have them.

Your not crazy, and I am so glad you got your fabric. It is like a Christmas gift every time someone sends me fabric. I can't afford to buy, but the members of this board have just poured out there generosity and are allowing me to learn to quilt. enjoy and have fun. God bless. Penny

A friend recently cleaned out her closet and gave me a large garbage sack of fabric. I had to pass on at least half of the fabric, as it was not suitable for quilts. Even so, I kept more than a box full of fabric, some of which was 4 or 5 yard lengths. I told my friend that it was like Christmas, actually better than Christmas for me.
