Default Another flannel batting question!

I am going to be making a tablecloth with top and bottom being flannel and wonder...would you put batting in this? Would it make the "drop" kind of stiff? It's really nice quality flannel so really wouldn't need it, but am not sure if I should or not....anyone try this? Thanks for any input!

I wouldn’t use batting. Not speaking from experience, just my opinion.

Same here. I don't know how well it would drape.

No batting. But I would wash and dry the flannels at least twice to get rid of shrinkage before making the tablecloth.

I wouldn't use any batting in a tablecloth especially one made of flannel. I think it will be just fine without it.

Not sure you would get much draping if you put batting in there. Please let us know what you decide.
