I'm curious as to if anyone on here owns an Oreck steam/dry cordless iron - if so, do you like it? if not, why?

I got a brand new vacuum cleaner from Oreck and it works lovely, but am questioning getting the iron as my freebie.... any comments, please do so, whether positive or negative.

I had one that I got free with my Oreck also, many years ago. I loved it!! Was very sad when it stopped working, but I am very hard on irons, have a bad habit of leaving them on too long. I really liked the freedom of not having a cord to deal with, but you do have to put it back on the base frequently to keep it hot enough. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for your input - I'm ordering one as my free gift! I have waited so long to get one of these; I sure hope it holds up good, but I do not leave them on for long periods of time, but do plan to do more sewing also - thanks again.
