I do raw edge applique both by hand and by machine. I would love to share patterns and ideas. It sounds exciting. I have quite a few of my applique pictures posted on the QB for all of you to see.

I love to do hand applique. Sitting with my feet up and making stuff is fun for me, but I have nothing against machine applique. I do that too. The eagle on my avatar is hand appliqued. I had the good fortune to have a sweet lady at a quilt show many miles from my home take the time to teach me needleturn right after I started quilting. I am more than willing to help others learn.

I love to applique and do needle turn. I have made 2 of the piecemakers calender quilts and find that it is very relaxing to do. This would be fun to learn other ways to do applique too.
