I have been told that Baby Lock doesn't give prices over the phone due to their agreement with the company. I don't know as I don't; own one.
maybe you can shop some more and get a better deal. best of luck.

Sandy, I have two Bernina and I just love them both but they are older machines but I don't need any of the newer gizmos that are available on these new DSM. I wouldn't buy a DSM just because someone uses it on a TV show. They are provided with those machines to hook the audience into buying them. You need to find what works for you. Next time you are at a big quilt show, check out all the dealers there and see if there is something that you would be happy to upgrade to.
