I spray the wrinkles with water lightly and toss in the dryer on low. They all come out.

Since I iron my sandwich on both sides I've never had this problem. Laying out the batting on the floor for a day prior to quilting is usually enough to let me do that.

We also use the steam from the iron. We don't really iron it, but mostly just pass the iron over it using the steam.

Wet hand towel...hot dryer.....tumble until the steam has built up and removed the wrinkles. Works for me every time.
