lol, we've all done something on that order.
It's funny in a way, but frustrating too.
When I took my test for a real estate license, my teacher wrote on the board in huge letters RTDD/RTDQ
it stood for read the dam directions/read the dam question.
I guess he got tired of repeating himself. lol

Morning Jenel - I thought I was reading about ME when I read this, sounds EXACTLY like something I would do
What part of Central TX are you in? Are we neighbors? I'm in Liberty Hill, just west of Georgetown (NW of Austin)
Have a great day (wish we'd get some rain out of this cloudy teasing weather)

Found a pattern I loved and started cutting and sewing. Well the pattern was for a twin so decided to double for good sized queen. Cut strips and sewed forever, all the while thinking to myself, this quilt! never again too much work. When I recut the strips into smaller pieces the piles kept getting bigger and bigger...whoa. I did not read the pattern good enough, it was half strips they cut. Well by time I got it all done, had 1 lg. queen, 2 lg. twins, and several lap size quilts. It was a good thing I loved the pattern!!!!!!
