    I've done the same thing....more than once! Why is it that numbers just don't stay put in my head! I guess it is just the start of more projects...to use up the "mistakes"! LOL

    I have a hard time understanding and following directions. I do better if my sis reads it and shows me. Then I can take off on my own and do it.

    Been there - done that, too.

    Recently I did one where I forgot to trim down the squares in a basket block before I sewed them together and then wondered why the block was fitting together correctly. So I had to pull out Jack and redo it. :)

    Yep, you are not alone. I can't and won't say how many times I have done this. Looking a pictures with the patterns is not 'reading' the pattern. I will maybe, hopefully remember this. LOL
