Bendable Light for Sewing Machine

I have one and I LUV it. I need light on the needle area and this is perfect. Mine is not a magnet. It has a stick on holder and you can buy an extra holder for each machine you have. Just be sure to light it up before you use the sticky pad (it's like a 3-M stick on) to make sure the bendable arm lights the area you need. I highly recommend it.

I love my bendable light!
If you switch between two sewing machines frequently, then I recommend getting the 2nd mounting kit for the second machine. Then you can move the light from machine to machine.
You can save about $6-$7 by searching on AMazon.com for the light. I think I paid about $31 or $32 for my bendable light that I purchased on Amazon. Same brand as the one in the quilt shops that I like.

I love mine don't know what i'd do without it. I can move it when i need to use it when ripping out seams and then just move it back when sewing. You will love it too. I got mine online for about $25 just need to shop around. Don't by the generic ones they are not worth it.

I absolutely love mine. Without it, I feel blind. My granddaughter, who was 13 at the time, asked me how I every did any sewing before I got the light. She couldn't imagine sewing without it. You will definitely love, love it!

The one in the catalogue attaches with sticky tape so it would probably be safe on your machine.Originally Posted by sewcrafty
I've been wondering about these myself. I have a computerized machine, so anything with a magnet to go on my machine scares the hey out of me. Would like to know if it has been a problem for anyone?

I have one of the Bright Lights. Have used it a couple of years. I have the extra dicks so it can be moved to my other machines. I love the light. It was a bit of money but well worth it.
