It is called headliner or automotive headliner. At the Hancock's that I work at, it is with the large rolls of vinyls. If you just ask one of the sales associates, they will be able to direct you to it.

FYI: I took a Vera Bradley Coin Purse apart one time to use as a pattern to make another one and there was something VERY SIMILAR to the headliner in it!!!

Yes it is called automotive headliner.

Auntpiggy is correct, it is usually located near the Home Dec section next to the vinyl 54" wide fabrics. If you sit in your car and look at the ceiling, you will be looking at the headliner fabric.
