Beautiful story. Can't wait to see the quilt. My grandmother remarried at age 83 after being a widow for many years. She and her new husband didn't have many years together, but they had a ball during the time they did have. Hurry with the picture!

miracals still happen. I would love to see that quilt draped over the alter with that stained glass window above it. What a sight that must have been. please post a pic even if you have to restage it.
