I have never had mine change color and I am very stingy with its use. I have had the same small bottle for several years now and it is still the same clear color as originally. I would contact the company.

She didn't say she used it on the fabric, just afraid too in case it will stain. I have the lavender Best Press sitting by a window and the amount of sunlight hitting the bottle makes it change to different bluish to purple to weird color to back to bluish again. I never paid much attention the color of it.

I bought a gallon of the clear, unscented from the LQS where I work...about $40 but I get the employee discount.

I transfer it to my spray bottle as needed. Never had any trouble with discoloring, either in the bottle, or on fabric.

I like the Bounce Ironing Spay as much as the Best Press. It seems the same thing. It's not a starch. It cost a lot less too. Walmart here has it.

I buy it by the gallon from my LQS. I paid $49. I pour it into small sample bottles and it is lasting well. Yes, it is expensive from my LQS; but I want them to stay in business.

I thought about that but it doesn't see any sunlight...there's only one, north window in the room and the ironing area is in the far corner from it.

I took it back to m LQS, and he did replace it. He left a message at the Best Press customer service number, and will let me know what he finds out. Says he's never seen anything like it.

Fortunately, the color change was in the bottle, from a very pale blue, clear solution to a sort of cloudy dark grey-greenish...when I saw that I didn't use it on anything! It's a mystery, as nothing was added, no sun exposure, it was the original bottle, and only a few weeks since I bought it.

Do you mean Joann's online? I have never seen Best Press at any Joann's- in my area anyway. Just at the LQSs.
