I like your pictures, the cat scrap fever will look best without a border, it is a couch throw, is large enough. When i laid out the borders, it took away from the panel. thank you all for your input. Orange or blue will be the binding.

Here's an example of my scrappy quilt. Borders would have taken away from the pattern that was already created.

This one, made for my sister, is the closest to wild colors as you have in your quilt. It could be done with or without a border. However, it was never going to be on a wall and adding the border for a quilt always on the bed wasn't necessary.

Some quilts just don't look finished without a border. This one was originally going to only have that red as binding. It just didn't look right despite the fact that it would only be on a bed. So I made it a double border and was much happier with it.

Iam and Irishrose love your scrappies! Border or not to border, they are very different looks but as Iam said the quilt sometimes lets you know what you should do. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful quilts.

Love it! Love my kitty and all things cat but have declined to get cat fabric crazy. Now, after seeing this I wish I had. It made me smile. Thanks for the good warm fuzzy start to my day.

The pattern is two blocks, one block made with four patches one block made with hst. At least that's what it showed when I imported to EQ7.

I like the idea of repeating the orange border you have already used in the quilt.
Love the cat fabrics, especially love Laurel Burch fabrics.
