    Personally, the brown seems a bit "heavy" to me.

    Count me in on liking the border you have in the pics! I think it pulls the whole quilt together..good job!

    It brings out the gold and tones down the blue - save your money for another project down the line!

    Your quilt is beautiful. Love the border! I think sometimes blue quilts can be a tiny bit cool, hence summer quilts, but yours has a touch of an Asian theme and warmth. Really, really like it.
