Braid Question

Ooooo, that is pretty.
I have made three of this pattern so far. First time was a bugger, second not so bad, and third time a breeze. From now on, I will be leaving the braids longer so as not to cut too short when straigtening the sides. Also, measure, measure, measure. Fold in half-point to point, so that your obtuse corner points are matching.
You just have to play with the obtuse corners when binding. No real trick to it for me.
I like the quilt pictured with the two borders and teh binding. Looks great.
