guilts often have varying names, depending on geographic location, and historical context. If you think about it, there are basic shapes and configurations for patchwork quilts, so the odds are that over time, the same pattern will evolve in different places and different times, thus a different name. Particularly with the older quilts that pre-date the reference capacities we have today for patterns etc.

It's called Winding Ways. I made a bedspread in this pattern only it is black and white. It is a pretty easy pattern to make once you get comfortable with sewing curves.
