    Default Celtic Layers embellishment ideas?

Happy New Year! I finished this flimsy today. Pattern is Celtic Layers by Kwiltart.com. It is 62 inches and comes to a point at the bottom. The binding will be the same as the large top blue border. What I'd like is some possible embellishment ideas to add to the bottom half area to give it an extra punch or a "wow" factor. Some sort of fringe? beading? tassels? Trying to think outside the box so all ideas welcome!

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions, but wanted to say your piece is beautiful!

that is gorgeous! i've seen the pattern and want to try it but worry that my Celtic applique may not be up to snuff. For the bottom edges--how about inserting an amber color bead edging to the binding?

my first thought is a hard twist fringe with beads on them.

The "wow" factor is already there in the design and colors. It's awesome!

I made the same quilt in green. The quilt designer used small crystals to embellish her quilts, they were beautiful.
