I had a pair of Fons & Porter gloves. Actually wore a hole through one finger. Then I got a pair of machingers - so much better!

Do you have a GO cutter? Dies?

I just ordered two more dies today for my stocking. No worries if Santa can't fit them in his sleigh.LOL!

If I didn't already have them, I would put a set of Slidelock Rulers on my list. I use both sizes all the time when cutting fabric. Aside from holding the fabric in place, I feel safer using them because my left hand is away from my rotary cutter blad. https://www.quiltersslidelock.com/

Edit: Mine are the lighted edge; figure it helps me see the edge better. I rarely use the ruler, though.

Perhaps a template you have been wanting but putting off getting because of price. A gift certificate from your favorite fabric site or store. My son gave me a gift certificate and a new Friskars rotary cutter with blade removal tool last year. Quite a surprise but I have really enjoyed them all. Just start surfing your favorite sites and make a wish list. Be sure to let us know what you get. Last year my DH surprised me with a Brother Emb.machine- I got it after Christmas because he wanted me to pick out the machine I wanted. If you don't own a LA. perhaps a gift cert. to get your next quilt done by a LA. just a thought.

I have always used the garden gloves with the rubber nubs. They work and last pretty long.

I have about everything I need.

I have Machinger's and Fons and Porter. The Machingers are much better for me.
But no matter what brand- I can't FMQ without gloves.
