Although I love their prints, the only time I ordered (a kit), I didn't like the majority of the fabric. Luckily, I have lots of other options readily available locally.

Some of their fabric is fine but once I got some that was very thin and raveling and called customer service and they were not very nice to me. I just wanted to let them know I didn't think that fabric was up to their standards. You also have to order right away as when the fabric or kits are out, they are out (in my experience).

I ordered fabric from them a few years ago and wasn't pleased with it and gave it away to a gal here on the board. But that was a few years ago. They must have changed since then. I will try them out again and see if they improved. I don't care for Keepsake quilting. I like Fat Quarter Shop a lot. Every time I order a kit from them, they send so much extra fabric and I'm always very pleased with what they send me. I can count of them.

I have made several purchases from them and have always been pleased, their customer service has always been good. I only wish they would post to the UK (although I don't know how good that would be for my back balance).

I love their fabric. I think it is far superior to any hobby store fabric or Walmart. I love to watch for sales and really stock up. Their thread is wonderful too!

ok not a Walmart hater just wont buy fabric there and there is a quality difference between low cost fabrics in say Walmart and Jo Anns. Most major manufacturers have different qualities of the SAME print. The thread count is a big one. The lower priced fabrics tend to also have a lower thread count according to one quilt store I love in CA. The time we put into a quilt or should I say the time I put into a quilt matters to me as does the fabric. I need it to last as I am one heck of a slow quilter!
Also my take on connecting threads: love their batiks. Nice soft fabrics. Love their prints some are soft some are not as soft depends I guess on the day they were made the solids I do not care for nor do I like the FEEL of the blenders/mirage. Too stiff and I find they fade easily. Just my opinion. I would go back for blenders. Oh their slow shipping is seriously slow. Took over 2 weeks to receive which is seriously not reasonable.

I received my order from them yesterday and am very pleased with the table runner kit. The prints are nice and the feel is very nice, smoothly finished and nice weight. Happy so far! (will be a Christmas gift for DD, hope it washes well)
