I have used it when making a denim quilt, as well as backing. Cute bags too!

My mother made me a quilt using corderoy and cotton velvet. It is beautiful! She hand tied it, rather than machine quilting.

This is what I did with corduroy skirts and pants I collected from my closet and a dear old friends closet. Lol! I love this quilt. I pieced the back with leftover squares and some yardage. I also put a flannel sheet in it as batting. Yes, it's heavy but it's good for times when you come in chilled to the bone. Very cuddly. I just did cross hatch quilting.

I'd use it as a backing for a flannel quilt

Love it. Definitely giving me some ideas of what I can do with my corduroy.

I used some of my old corduroy work pants for the backing circles on a baby size Faux Cathedral Windows quilt. I would add that my sewing machine, thread or needles didn't like it, though and it skipped stitches like crazy in some areas so I had to go back in and zig-zag all the seams but it looks great and is perfect for what I intended--a hard wearing tummy time quilt.
