I am sorry for you. Nothing is worse then a machine breaking down. Love the quilt.

The quilt is gorgeous and the butterflies really make it unusual. That said I do hope that you can get your machine fixed without too much trouble. Wouldn't you think that someone would have come up with a warning when you are running out of thread. I have thought that so many times but no one still seems to have figured out our problem.

Can you take a pair of bent nose tweezers and gently pull those threads one at a time? It is a very time consuming chore, but I had that happen once and with a LOT of patience and care. I was able to work it loose. You might try before calling a repairman. Just be sure you don't put too much tension on your little tugs with the tweezers and it shouldn't knock anything out of alignment. Good luck whichever way you go with it
