I agree that one of the darker reds for a binding.
It is just beautiful.

I have never done a bargello. I think that I'll have to put it on my quilting bucket list.

This quilt is so so so so fun to make. I am happy to have insipred others to give it a try - you will love it.

I am just here camping for the week and then I return home to the three kids, hubby, and multiple pets. I want to get as close to done here as possible.

I would like to know what you think I should do for the binding/border. I was not planning to put on a border. What color would you recomend for the binding. Someone did say that any more red might be too much :) Should I use a color other than red?

That yellow square on the top left is not actually there, not sure what it is. This is the bottom half.\ of the quilt.
Dear fry, Your quilt is wonderful. There is some eye candy you might enjoy in the newest issue of American Patchwork & Quilting, august 2011. You are in good company! :D :D :D There is a Border to behold on a bargello quilt! I think onre of the darker reds would be great for the binding.

I would agree with the folks on the darkest red fabric you are using for binding. It is absolutely beautiful!
