Thanks everyone for the great answers. I was actually wondering if I could take it to Staples or Office Depot to enlarge it, but then like someone said it would make it fuzzy the larger it is. I do know of someone who draws really well, I may ask them for some help enlarging it.

By the way, for this quilt (for my cousin, can't remember if I said that or not) my cousin will be having piece of fabric embroidered with her and her husbands name on it and then I will be cutting it into a heart (probably around 12 inches) to applique straight to the quilt top (before quilting). The embroidery lady was asking her if I was going to use interfacing on the back of the heart to stabilize it. Now, if I'm sewing it on before quilting then would I really need to use interfacing? Again, I can't express how much I appreciate your help.

Forgot to say that I have been searching through and reading all the applique threads. LOTS of helpful advice.

I have used Staples a few times to enlarge images. It does tend to get pricey, especially if you go really large. Might work better to start with a larger image.
