Did anyone get the letter from Fabricdepot.com?

I received my "apology" shipment from Fabric Depot today. I had ordered several batiks at vastly reduced price, and they took another 30% off their total. They included 6 free fat quarters that are black and white fabrics I would have purchased myself (!) plus a $10 gift card for their site. I have never seen customer service taken to this level!
