I'm stuck on green right now. I needed to make a green scrappy quilt for a customer, decided to make another while the fabric was out and am about to start a third just because. I did the same thing with blues in the fall. I can't explain it, except maybe I'm too lazy to put stuff away and get new colors out. lol

What about you? One color for a while?

Oh, yes, indeed. Part of it is that I begin to really enjoy the color while I'm working with it, and unconsciously start looking at more of the same color and what I can do with it. But then I get over it.

Blue....blue and white, blue and yellow. Now I won't even look at blue fabric.

I'm stuck on bright colors, fabrics that grab attention.
Thing is, I like the rustic, country look in a quilt. But, those fabrics don't grab my attention in the shops as much. I wish they did. I think I'd like the results better.

Yes....I love all reds. I can't walk past anything red. I always have red cars, talked my ex into painting our house red (it looked great!), alot of my fabric stash, t-shirts, shoes, purses, keychain, bookmarks, towels, etc etc are red. Everyone knows that if they buy me something for a gift that I'll like it twice as much if its red...lol.
If sewing machines came in diff. colors, like cars, I'd buy a red one.

I've really been collecting blues for a while. I used to be on brights, before that fall colors.

I'm also stuck on 30's repros but I've been piecing a quilt with these so by time these 4 inch blocks are done I'll be done with them.

Never have been a big purple person. Now everything I look at has purple in it. Decided I better start collecting fabs as it looks like I'm going to be trying a purple scrappy in the future.

I was collecting black, white and red but now I have added yellow to that list. I found some fabs at WM with black, yellow and white on them.
