No---there is plenty of free shows available- just like there are hundreds of free patterns/tutorials and videos.

I don't belong to a paying site... i get lots of quilting 'fix' right here on the QB. we have no quilt shows on our cable channels. i used to watch them years ago. i have to say that i miss some of the show stars and seeing the start to finish of a quilt.

QNNTV has more shows than any other site.
It is worth the money if you are a beginner.
It used to be 24 dollars a year, dont know what it costs now.
They have most of the major quilting shows and it takes a long time to watch them all.
For free shows go to http://www.quilterstv.com

I paid for a course with Quilt University and enjoyed it. I'm thinking about taking a course with Missouri Star Quilting.
Then again You tube has so many neat videos!

Did belong to QNN changed to the Quilt Show-love Alex Anderson and Ricky Tims but renewing will depend on cash flow. Glad to hear about BYU online. I DVR their shows but now can watch when I'm staying late after school to work-yeah!
