I never press my binding and I don't pin.... I like the natural curve of the folded material...

I press my binding in half and then sew it to the front of the quilt. After I have it sewn to the front of the quilt I press that seam. I also make sure and press the corner miters really well and they turn really nice that way.

I read about this and tried it and it works. I like it much better and a pressed binding. It just falls in place.

i don't press the binding or any other part of the quilt after finishing unless it looks very wrinkly

I'm with Scissor Queen! And I don't press any of the quilt after it is finished...but I do always wash them, which seems to help get everything where it needs to be.

Yes, we had quite the discussion about this topic recently. I used to press my binding, but not anymore! It looks much better not pressed. And I don't pin, either.

I am with Peckish, since I read here that you don'thave to press I don't and I don't pin it when I machine sew it on.
