I keep at it all year long. I used to garden, but I really did not enjoy it, so when my veggie gardens needed revamping and it was more economical to buy at the farmers market, I decided to pack it in. We're tearing down the rest of those boxes this year and putting the grass back. I've also hired a landscaper - took 3 tries to find one I liked - to do the rest of it.

I also live in the air - it's 70 to 74 in here all year long. My allergies are too bad to put up with any pollen. I only open the windows to air out sporadically. It's quite comfortable in here all the time for quilting.

My sewing room is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, so I quilt and piece all year around.
