it looks like a quilt found in Amish stores or a business that produces more original settings in quilts.
I have seen similar at a business in Indiana that uses Amish quilters for their supply. Unless someone comes up with a pattern source, it most likely will have to be drafted out.

Here is what I have. does this look close to the star you are looking for I know that you want the complete pattern, but I think that one could figure out how to add the log cabin blocks to this. Hope the pic works

I do not have the pattern but you might want to research Marsha McCloskey's feathered star quilt blocks - I have a book with similar blocks but nothing like the one you have. Ten favorite Le Moyne based stars - I do not know it this will help - but a start -
