Does anyone barter with their sewing skills?

I have in the past made casseroles for a woman from my church who serged cloth diapers for me. I provided the cloth diapers and she serged. It worked out wonderfully for me and she enjoyed not cooking and getting the meal cost covered. I do not have a serger and she had jsut gotten a new one and enjoyed the practice.
