Another possibility might be to fuse/applique green tips on the rest of them, which is sometimes faster than

Better to see it now and fix it than to see it after the whole thing is completed. Tie your heart (as my mom would say) and get it ripped. It'll come together quickly. Then pat yourself on your back. Good luck. BTW, it's a beautiful color combination.

When I can't face ripping something out to do over, I just put it aside until I am in the mood to do it. It really wouldn't take that long, but sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and do something else, then come back to it.

Yeah, I agree! As aggravating as it is now, you've made such a beautiful quilt, if you don't fix it, you won't be happy. It's one thing to see a mistake after its been quilted, but you have a chance to make it right, so just grit your teeth and get it over with!

Well I didn't see anything wrong and if you have to explain what the problem is then I don't see why it has to be "corrected." Plus, what happened to that saying about it not being a mistake, but merely an act of creativity.
