After making a rail fence quilt I am pretty sick of sewing strips together. Maybe after I do a pieced quilt I will get back to sewing the rest of my 2" strips.

I simply folded mine accordian style, back and forth and I had no problem.

This would be fun I think to start with a larger strip also. Perhaps 4.5 inches. Quick and easy quilts are what I need now for Christmas coming up!

It would take the fun out of being so fast if I have to do diagonal seams.

I just completed one for a gift in vanilla colored Tonga treats; it was beautiful. I didn't do the strips on the diagonal to save time,and I free-motion quilted down the middle of each strip. Now I want to make one for myself. Great quick quilt...
