I have a cutting table that is big enough to cut clothing patterns with the wings (extensions) up. I use TWO of the 30 x 60 mats, and it works just fine.

I have a 36"x59" mat from Jo Ann's at home and have 2 of the same at my mom's house to cover dad's pool table when we have a cutting party! Every so often I have to wash them to get the fuzzies off from the fleece we cut but other than that they have been great cutting mats!
