If I could have just one block, it would be Drunkard's Path. It can turn into Wonder of the World, Rocky Road to Dublin, Solomon's Puzzle, Dirty Windows, Fool's Puzzle, Love Ring, Mohawk Trail, and dozens more by simple path rotation and color choices. I'd have to say my favorite is Ohio Star... no wait a minute - Churn Dash... hang on - it's Pinwheel... but I do like Friendship Star - - - ok, ok my favorit pattern is the Log Cabin... :) - I just can't decide - maybe that's why I like sampler quilts so much!! :)
